To be 100% honest I am not a big fan of the “Jonas Brothers” not because I don’t like them, I actually think they’re “sweet”, but I am not a big fan because I think I am too old for that. LOL. But still, I was curious to see his house when I found out it’s for sale. Sometimes I post celebrity homes because as I said before, it’s interesting to see how they express themselves in their own environment. Having basically all the money necessary to have a beautiful place, the question left is that if they also have good taste. Now, you’re the judge. Do you think Kevin Jonas knows how to live? If you do, and wish to purchase this mansion, you would have to have around $2,200,000. The house is in Westlake, TX, at the exclusive private community of Vaquero, featuring an 18 hole Tom Fazio designed Golf course with Private club.
The house itself has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms, 3 living areas plus a media room, a climate controlled wine room, 4 car garage, kitchen with built-in Miele espresso machine. Definitely you get a lot of house for 2.2 mil, plus the fact that you’ll shower in the same place that Kevin once did. Wow… where that came from? LOL
Jokes apart, let me know if you like this place or not.
Curb Appeal
It actually appeals to me. The house is located at 2000 Rock Dove Court, Westlake, TX.
Beautiful Architecture
I love the tiled roof and arches. Always so charming.
Beinvenito!
Beautiful door, beautiful floor, loads of character, yet I wish they did more to it. Too much of the same color.
Gorgeous Room
I am a big fan of this room. Fantastic furnishing, but I am starting to think that Kevin likes to play it safe. I am missing some “drama” in this decor.
Kitchen
Fantastic pedants. Note the beautiful fireplace in the other room. Beautifully done.
Nook
I like the windows, the high celling. I like the table + chairs. But a big lesson to be learned: If you use everthing of the same, your house might have a “good flow” between the rooms, but it also can become very boring. The fabrics are almost the same as the wall color, the wood from the furniture almost the same as the wood floors and windows. It’s beautiful, but it could’ve be more fun.
The family Room
Great choices here: the rug, the iron doors, the mirror, honestly I appreciate everything in this room.
Dinning Room
Actually I really like it! Nicely done.
Master Bedroom
This is by far, my FAVORITE room in the house. See how important is to add a little bit of drama? This room has personality, and that’s what we want to see. Furnishings are great and the architecture is well thought out and proper for the scale of this house.
Master Suite
This bathroom suites the house.
Guest Bedroom
Very Hotel-inspired.
Yet Another Guest Bedroom
I like this one even better because of the high celling and that beautiful window. Great side-tables, don’t you think?
Media Room
This is the kind of media room I like. Using lighter color on the chairs makes the room feel more stylish.
The Beauty
Undeniably outstanding.
Patio
This wins me over! That ceiling, those lanterns! SOLD! 🙂
Pool
Can you imagine yourself there?
I think this is a gorgeous house, and it will sell fast because it shows very well, and can appeal to so many people for being so neutral. But if I owned it I would add more colors to the wall and furniture. Nothing too crazy, but this kind of house can have so much more personality. What do you think? Leave a comment telling me if you like Kevin’s house.
