What inspires you to design your kids bathroom? I feel that, like for everybody else, we should design our spaces with our personality in mind and designing for kids shouldn’t be different.
Molly Wilson, from Design Savvy, designed this bathroom with classic elements without forgetting to keep it fun for its little users.
When looked at closely, this bathroom offers many smart ideas. The sink for example, is perfect if more than one child shares the same bathroom, and if you have more than one child, you probably know that brushing their teeth or washing their hands can be a little too chaotic if there isn’t enough space for everyone. This sink resolves the problem, delivering a designated area for each child to use.
If you’re looking for ideas for your kids’ bathroom, try to keep in mind that usually you don’t have to renovate the entire bathroom to make it appealing. Sometimes all a bathroom needs are some simple and effective changes.
Try to freshen-up your kids’ bathroom with a new and fun paint color, or if your vanity is looking tired, replace the hardware for some kid-friendly ones. You can also add some artwork and colorful hand towels or shower curtains.

Kids Bathroom Ideas
The sink is a Brockway Kohler sink and the faucet would also be made by Kohler. The light fixtures are from Restoration Hardware.
For Three
This sink has plenty of space for the kids to brush their teeth or wash their hands at the same time.
Paint Color
Paint Color: Benjamin Moore’s Jamestown Blue is a similar color.
Storage is added in the space with this furniture-like built-in.
Bathtime
Here, the designer used subway tiles with 1×1 Glass tile from Daltile, Winter blues.

This bathroom is so beautiful that I wouldn’t mind having it for myself! I love the floors and all the blue and white. It feels very calming… which is perfect for kids, right?! 🙂
Today is raining and a little cold…. a perfect day to stay in bed. I so wish I could do that, but instead I’m doing another “Spring Cleaning” around my house. I wish we could move, so we’re forced to go through everything we have and actually think if we use it or not, and if we should “bring” it with us. Do you know that kind of cleaning? That’s the kind of cleaning I want to do around here.
Sometimes, we need to make our house feel lighter. So, here I go with my cleaning gloves and a couple of boxes. Let’s see if I can fill them up. 🙂
