Designed by Bradshaw Designs LLC, this kitchen, kitchen pantry and laundry room were built to make everyone’s life a little easier in the home.
In need of a more open space for entertaining, the designers moved the kitchen, added a beautiful kitchen pantry, and transformed a laundry room to accommodate the homeowner’s needs. The result is a home that has practical workrooms that don’t skimp on style but have family living in mind first and foremost.

Kitchen, Kitchen Pantry and Laundry Room Design
This kitchen features polished nickel lighting and high-end appliances such as “Miele” coffee system, “Sub-Zero” refrigerator and “Vent-a-Hood”.
The beautiful island lights add sparkle and glam to this modern kitchen.
Kitchen Island
The fabulous waterfall edge island stone is Calacatta Gold marble which has been honed to a soft finish.
Notice the precisely matched marble veining in the waterfall style countertop. Stunning!
Backsplash
The backsplash tile is Calacatta Marble tile, 3″x6″, honed, from “Delta Granite and Marble” in San Antonio. Isn’t it gorgeous? I love it with the gray cabinets and stainless steel apron sink.

The countertop is “Marble Emperador Light”, aka “Perlado” in a brushed finish.
Laundry Room
Much more functional in addition to being pretty this laundry room boasts large drawers for sorting clothes and a nice countertop for folding clothes. After all, you shouldn’t have to compromise on style when it comes to your laundry room. When I design laundry rooms, I always recommend to my clients to make the best of their space with new and efficient appliances, a large sink and plenty of useful storage space!

Believe it or not, but usually this is the busiest time of the year for my interior design business because most of us want to get our home ready for the holidays and guests, or we’re starting the new year plans, which often includes a reno. Unfortunately, I can’t accept everyone at once (I only accept one client at a time) but I hope to share enough information on my posts that should help as many people as possible.
