Nautical fiber cement siding paired with sleek galvalume accents, crisp white trim and distinctive cedar brackets creates a refreshing coastal flair that balances the exterior’s impressive profile. Exterior paint color is “Benjamin Moore HC 154 Hale Navy”.
To achieve this hue, a first coat of “Benjamin Gentleman’s Gray” is applied and then “Benjamin Moore Hale Navy” is applied next.
Exterior trim and shutters paint color: “Benjamin Moore PM-1 Super White”.
Home Details: 5 Bedrooms, 6 Baths and 4,373 Sq. Ft.
Front door is Simpson.
Door hardware is by Emtek.
Outdoor lighting is from Millenium Lighting in a galvanized finish.

I love the foyer cabinetry. Very smart idea! Cabinet paint color is “Benjamin Moore Gray Pinstripe”.

Open Living
Revolving around a brilliant water view with ten foot ceilings and grand windows, coffered ceilings, painted ceiling-insets and handsome columns distinguish living areas in the free-flowing main level.
Paint Color Combo to Pin!
Gray walls painted in “Benjamin Moore 1465 Nimbus”. Trim and millwork paint color is “Benjamin Moore OC-17 White Dove”. This is a great paint color combo to keep in mind!

The hearth room opens to a rustic-chic living room with unobstructed lake views.

This transitional kitchen feels open, which is great for entertaining. Cabinet paint color is BM White Dove.

Raised Island
This is what Danielle (the sweet person who’s sharing all of these details with us, by the way!), from Mike Schaap Builders had to say about the raised island design: “What is really great about the bistro table is that it keeps the kitchen island clutter free! It serves as an extension to the island, but it really is a nice place for people to congregate and leave the island open for prepping and serving”. I couldn’t agree more!

The home office features a navy barn door painted in “Benjamin Moore Hale Navy”.

The master bedroom features peaceful lake views and a calming paint color. Blue paint color is “Benjamin Moore 1627 Manor Blue”.

Where to Be
The master bedroom opens to a balcony with cable railing, which does not interrupt the dreamy lake views. Also, notice the vaulted ceiling, painted in “Benjamin Moore PM-1 Super White” and the Ipe wood flooring.
