Clean lines, comfortable furniture, classic decor and a light, neutral color palette are incorporate into this family home in a tailored yet welcoming manner.
Family living wasn’t forgotten in this home either. As you will see, every room embraces family time and everyone seems to have their own space.

You fall in love with the interiors of this home right at the moment you enter it. I love it’s subtle approach to coastal decor and the neutral color scheme.
Foyer Lighting
Pendant lighting is the Smokebell Pendants from Urban Electric. Also, notice the stunning whitewashed hardwood floors.
Main Floor Layout
This home carries a classic layout, with the foyer opening to the dining room and formal living room.
Dining Room
This is one of my favorite rooms in this house. I love the natural light and the crispness of this space. Walls are a mix of board and batten with ship lap.
Light Fixture is the Suzanne Kasler Morris Lantern.
Stuck in the Middle
The formal living room is just across from the foyer.
Living Room
Continuing to carry a soothing color palette, the living room is a place where you could entertain or relax. Notice the beautiful gray wingback chairs by the fireplace.
Open Concept Kitchen & Family Room
This is how everyone likes: the kitchen opens to the family room creating an open and easy flow between the main rooms of the house.
Notice the eating nook on the right.
Kitchen Lighting
The lighting in the kitchen is a E.F. Chapman Darlana Linear Pendant.
Family Room
With beamed ceiling and modern yet comfortable furnishings, the family room is a great place to be before or after your meals.
Walls
Ship lap was applied vertically and horizontally in this room to create some contrast and interest.
Study
The study carries a more sophisticated feel with this choice of paint color. I love the zebra rug and the brass lighting.
Coastal Air
The master sitting room is light and carry a calming color scheme.
Decor
Coffee table (Hobe sound coffee table) and side tables (seen on picture above) are from Oomph.
Master Bedroom
You can’t go wrong with ivory decor in bedrooms. This room is pure serenity! Notice the stunning pillows.
Loft Room
This navy and white loft bedroom has it all, including a good message (artwork): “Into each day put one teaspoon of good spirits a dash of fun pinch of folly and a spoonful of laughter”.
Chandelier is the Suzanne Kasler Dressage Round Ceiling Light.
Kids Bedroom
Simple, elegant and timeless! The lighting is the E.F. Brighton Pagoda Lantern.
Friendly Friends
This neutral bedroom is perfect for any age group. I once again love the pillow choices and the lighting.
Chandelier is the classic E.F. Chapman Ring Chandelier in Polished Nickel.
Basement
Charm and beauty is not only for the main rooms of this house. The basement gets full attention with a bar, wine room, media room and game room.
