This classic shingle home was designed to have the primary living spaces on the second level to take advantage of the ocean views. The double gable form of the house differentiates the property from the adjoining gambrel architecture in a crisp yet classical way. The interiors are clean, elegant, and with a timeless appeal.

This place was designed to embrace its surroundings, and you can find a sunny porch even in one of the side of the house.
Foyer
In this foyer, I really like the contrast of the front door paint color against the neutral walls and also the hardwood floors in herringbone pattern.

I always like the idea of opting for two pendant lighting above a dining table instead of a single chandelier. This brings a more casual feel to this elegant dining room.

Double pocket doors with transom separates the dining room from a stylish home office.
Kitchen
This kitchen is great because it’s not too big and it feels incredibly welcoming.
The cabinet’s were selected by the owner and built by Rosbeck Builders cabinet maker. The finish was a grain painted cabinets.
Kitchen Ideas
What really grabs your attention in this kitchen is the reclaimed wood beams and planked ceiling.
The countertop in this kitchen is honed granite and the island is stained wood.
Island pendant are the “Haverhill Pendant by Hudson Valley Lighting”.
Staircase
Everything is very classy and classic in this home, including the staircase.
This panel moulding is by Anderson McQuaid.
Window
Any view can look a little prettier with a window like that!
Family Room
Reclaimed wooden beams are repeated in the family room. Also notice the ocean views and the transitional decor.

The master bedroom is very neutral and cozy.

Grey Kitchen Paint Colors.The weather is perfect here and I might get out of the house and go for a walk.
