Life shouldn’t be boring, not only because it’s too short to be wasted but also because when you live with what you love, your life becomes a little more the way you’ve imagined. You might agree that we have very little control over many things but we certainly can control what we put inside of our home.
Designed by the talented and well-known interior designer Raili Clasen, this modern Spanish hacienda-style home is all about what I’ve just described above. It’s not cookie-cutter, it doesn’t lack personality, and it certainly is not boring. This home exudes a high energy that seems to invite you in and tells you “come over and chill”. It has that cool vibe that makes you feel little more relaxed and a lot happier.
Enjoy the tour, my friends!

“This project in Huntington Beach was a special one, as the owner is some of my best friends from college. They took their home down to just a few studs and blasted open every wall and ceiling beam. They are huge entertainers and recent empty-nesters so they forewent a formal living room for a cantina style bar/dining. We printed the sing that her dad sang to them at their wedding on the 12 foot wall and created both indoor and outdoor spaces that feel like you are at a mini resort.” – Raili Clasen.

Do you have any information on the lettering on the wall in the bar area?
This was a song the homeowner’s father used to sing to her and I believe it was stenciled on the wall. Feel free to contact the designer for more detail.
Thank you,
