Located in Walton County, Florida, this new beach vacation home was built with family fun in mind!
According to the interior designer Courtney Dickey of T.S. Adams Studio, the homeowners are from Tyrone, Ga and have three small children. They had a condo in Watersound but have outgrown it as their family expanded. Needing more space, they hired Paul Geary and project manager Katie Milner, both of T.S. Adams Studio, to design their dream vacation home.
Their new beach house features spectacular views of the Gulf which architect Paul Geary incorporated when designing their home. The wife loves artwork and has a wonderful collection of fabulous paintings that are placed throughout her home. Her artwork helped determine the colors for the house! Isn’t it wonderful?

Trim is Benjamin Moore OC-117 Simply White.
Shutters are painted in Benjamin Moore 2137-50 Sea Haze.

This transitional kitchen features charcoal cabinets and floating shelves over windows.

The open living room features stunning reclaimed oak beams with Cypress ceiling.

This has to be one of my favorite rooms in the house! Simply gorgeous!

The master bedroom has a rustic feel thanks to the reclaimed Cypress ceiling and beams.
