This home exudes modern living at its finest. Maximizing functional, open concept living space on all four levels of the home was essential to the architectural direction given the narrow lot constraints. Utilizing both indoor and outdoor social spaces was the key to accomplishing this goal.
The design vision for this new-construction speculative home was to accomplish a modern aesthetic without being completely cold and stark. To do this, the builder played with the delicate balance of warm and dramatic elements combined with soft, smooth textures and tones.
