Homes built by one of the most reputable Utah home builders, Millhaven Homes, always grab my attention and that’s the reason I love featuring their work on the blog, but I feel this one is extra special. According to Millhaven Homes, this house in the Legacy Ridge subdivision (Orem, Utah) has been a popular plan for many of their clients to use as a starting point for their plan design. From small tweaks to large additions, this builder customizes the plan to fit the exact needs of each client.

The front door opens to a bright foyer. Flooring is LVP- 2070 Donizetti. LVP stands for “Luxury Vinyl Plank” – a flooring material that is becoming very popular between builders, designers and homeowners thanks to its low-maintenance and high performance.
This home feature some inspiring pieces, mixing transitional with farmhouse style.
Lighting: Capital Lighting Fixture Company Fifth Avenue Winter Gold Three-Light Semi-Flush – $270
Floor Plan: Located just off the foyer, a staircase with custom railing directs you to the upper and lower level.
Barn doors were provided by Columbia Millworks.
The barn doors open to a cozy home office. Lighting is Scout 3 Light Adjustable Semi-Flush.
The paint color is SW7016 Mindful Gray by Sherwin Williams on millwork, base and case.
Shiplap paint color is Eider White SW7014 by Sherwin Williams.
Floor Plan: The foyer opens to an open-concept kitchen, dining area and family room.
Plenty of windows and doors bring lots of natural light to the entire main floor while neutral colors keep everything looking crisp.
This stunning kitchen features X pattern on the island end panels and mirror X’d pattern on cabinet doors by cooktop.
Kitchen backsplash is 1×3 Herringbone Carrera tile.
The island countertop is Lyskamm Quartz. Notice how these LVP flooring look up closely – they really look and feel like real wood.
The kitchen island is Pickled Oak.
Wall paint color is SW7029 Agreeable Gray by Sherwin Williams.

The kitchen island faces the dining room, which opens to a large deck.
Perimeter countertop is Lagos Quartz.

The seeded glass kitchen pendants are from Savoy House.

Cabinets feature brushed nickel pulls and knobs. Notice the thick gray quartz countertop.
Kitchen features shaker door style.
The cabinet paint color is SW7014 Eider White by Sherwin Williams.
The dining room lighting is Savoy House Santina 5 Light Chandelier – $400
I love this industrial-meets-farmhouse approach!
A family room with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows is located just of the kitchen area.
This farmhouse-inspired fireplace features brick, shiplap and barn lighting. The brick on fireplace is Old Irvington Brick– Flush cut, over-grout, natural gray mortar.
Fireplace barn sconces are Raliegh 11″ Wall Lantern from Savoy House – $120 each.
Ceiling Fan: Craftmade MND72ESP6 – 72″ Ceiling Fan w/DC Motor w/Blades – $450
“Sherwin Williams SW7029 Agreeable Gray” is a warm gray paint color that works well with every style.
Ceiling Treatment: Painted Pine shiplap with Alder beams.
The furniture for the entire house was provided by Four Chairs.
Half Wall Tile Wainscot: Bevel, Cotton Glossy, 4”x12”
Flooring is Digital Art 12×24- Ecru.
This mudroom features plenty of storage and some fun hooks!

It’s great to add some personality in small spaces such as laundry rooms. This one features white quartz countertop and patterned cement tile.
Countertop is Lyskamm Quartz.

Laundry room paint color is General Paint Norquay CL 3081.
Backsplash tile is Marakesh 8×8, Gray, Matte.
