Hi, everyone! How are you today? I hope things are going well in your life, but if it’s not exactly the way you want at this moment, don’t lose your hope. Take some time to relax, rewind and dream, and guess what, this Townhouse by Julie Howard for Timber Trails Development Company is so beautiful that its inspiring interior design ideas and happy color scheme should cheer you up.
Talking about happy colors, the inspiration behind the builder’s “Timber Trails Aegean Teal” was Benjamin Moore’s Color of the Year – Aegean Teal. How fun!

“During Construction I knew this ceiling needed to be the focal point. We outfitted the dramatic 13’ walls with wainscoting and I wanted to make sure your eyes were drawn up. Because we spayed all the trim in the room white, I thought, why not a color? I was at the paint store that day and saw the poster advertising the color of the year, Aegean Teal. We use neutrals and navy so much that the idea of a teal color sounded fantastic. I went with it and I think mixed with all the white, light wood, and brass, it makes for a beautiful space.” Julie Howard for Timber Trails Development Company.
