Flooring is an engineered 5/8″ wire brushed white oak.
Neutral Paint Color
The interiors of this home was painted in “Sherwin Williams SW 6120 Believable Buff”.
Living Room
Traditional designs and accents along with detailed finished carpentry make this living room warm and inviting. Cottage blue chairs add a touch of color to the neutral shades that make up this beautiful tailored look.
Ceilings are T&G finish carpentry in a high gloss waxed finish.
Dining Room
In the dining room, a natural wood dining table, surrounded by upholstered dining chairs, invites guests to relax while dining in this warm space.
Chandelier
A bubble lamp chandelier brings a transitional feel to this dining room.
Wall covering is a Phillip Jeffries grasscloth.
Kitchen
This white, bright, warm kitchen is beautiful and at the same time functional and family friendly. White custom cabinetry is displayed against distressed planked wood flooring. A dining table attached to the kitchen island make this a place where family and friends are sure to gather.

The marble slabs in this kitchen are called “Calacutta Premium”.

Pendants are the “Arteriors 46361 Edmond Brass and Glass Hexagon Pendant, Antique Brass and Clear“.

The family room features a custom sectional and a beautiful fireplace. I am loving the warm hues found in this space.

Doors are Panda bi folding door systems… just perfect for warm summer nights.
Laundry Room
This neutral laundry room is practical and pretty.
Hallway
Don’t leave any hallway bare and boring in your home. Bring personality and interest with art, decor and furniture, if you have enough space.
Powder Room
Warm and neutral colors and class lines with a modern touch make this powder bath, a room you will be happy to have your guests enter. There are many unique details including the copper above counter sink, vintage-inspired wall light and textured neutral wall covering.
Vanity
The vanity is a reclaimed piece that had the doors silver leafed and a gloss finish added.
Sconces are the “Alice Sconce by Circa Lighting“.
Picture Frame
Beautiful frame gallery with large pictures. I like this look especially for long hallways.
Master Bedroom
This master bedroom is a retreat from reality. The monochromatic colors provide a soothing environment. A leather headboard, distressed wood end tables and upholstered chairs bring together of clean, rustic and classic styles and form a perfect design combination.
Side tables are from Noir Furniture.
Built-in
A built-in adds storage space and interest to the master bedroom.
Bedroom Decor
This master bedroom is neutral without being boring and I love that!
Wallpaper is a “Phillip Jeffries” basket weave pattern grasscloth.
The chairs and headboard are from Lexington.
Bathroom
Marble detailing on the walls, counter tops and floor give this master bathroom a clean and classic look.
Vanity Paint Color
The paint color is an off- white custom lacquer blend, very similar to “Benjamin Moore Swiss Coffee”.
The cabinet panels are recessed shaker panels with a bead detail.
Cabinet hardware is from Restoration Hardware.
Classic Mix
I really like seeing classic influences being represented in a modern way in this bathroom.
Flooring: These are 18″ x 18″ statuario floor tiles. The designers used a 4″ square mosaic inlay of glass tile to create the pattern.

It would be wonderful to relax in this pedestal bathtub at the end of the day…
The wall behind the tub is a glass tile. The designers framed this in as a mosaic piece. This product was purchased from “Tile Matters” in Orange County, Ca
Backyard
This coastal living home provides a perfect place to entertain family and friends with indoor/outdoor living. Comfortable outdoor furniture next to the swimming pool invites guests to enjoy life outdoors. The built in barbecue with rock wall detailing makes this space ideal for entertaining.

This is a perfect place to enjoy your weekends at.
Tropical Feel
This home is located in Newport Beach, Ca.
Nighttime
Floors are “Whistler Grey flagstone” and was purchased through Cougar Stone in Orange County.
The private trees are 24″ box Carolina Laurels.

I know this is years past, but I was wondering if you know the entry foyer’s paint color. I don’t believe it’s DE Boutique Beige or SW Believable Buff in this area.
I believe it’s “Benjamin Moore Swiss Coffee”.
