Nice, seem’s just right for Rob. I would pay that price. Has the charm and privacy, as well as view and charm that I also enjoy. The ground’s are so nice and private. Simple luxery!!
I think it’s got a lot of character, and the kitchen could be made to look a bit fresher 🙂 but for a single guy, it’s probably just perfect! And yes I’d live in that, although not for $2mil !!!
Ummmm that house isn’t in the Hollywood Hills, Its actually in Calabasas in the really guard gated and secured community known as Hidden Hills its along the main road and pretty close to Round Meadow Elementary (my Elementary school that I attended almost 30 years ago).That house originally belonged to my best friend at the time Summer Smith and her family. If he owns it maybe he could give me tour and this Kristin could help him get over that Kristen… besides my bff and I share the same last name so its kissmet
