Located in Meridian, Idaho and recently built by Maddyn Homes, this single story home was inspired by the builder’s hugely popular “Elle” plan. The main floor of this new home has been expanded to offer another guest suite on the main level.
When it comes to the exterior, beautiful curb appeal invites you to an airy, open single level home. Two story windows are defined by eye-catching dormers, allowing light to fill the large great room. Although this is technically considered a single story home, there is an oversized bonus room upstairs, above the garage for additional room to play, work or some extra space for storage.

The Primary Bathroom feels very serene and feminine. I love the combination of matte marble porcelain floor tiles with the white vertical shiplap on walls.
