This beach house have a casual-chic approach and it feels incredibly airy.

This dining room is just beautiful! I always like a round table and this one is perfect for the space!
White Kitchen
What an original kitchen design! It’s fresh and unique.
Kitchen Cabinet Paint Color: “Simply White OC-117 by Benjamin Moore”.
White Marble
Beautiful marble countertops, white subway tile backsplash and not to mention that amazing ocean view!
Butler’s Pantry
A butler’s pantry is always a nice addition to any home. This one has great cabinets, lighting and a very smart wine rack nook (on the right).
Floors are antique heart pine, finished onsite.
Living Room
What a fun space! It’s full of color and interesting decor.

The walls in this beach house are “Simply White OC-117 by Benjamin Moore”.
Powder Room
You can’t neglect your powder room and this room offers plenty of great ideas! The stunning beadboards that are found anywhere else in the house, is also brought to this space, giving it a sense of continuousness.
The vintage-inspired faucet is a “Mirabelle, Ferguson’s private label – polished chrome”.
Sconces are the “Tall Linear Lantern by E.F. Chapman.”
Bedroom Design
This is the best way to place your bed if you want to enjoy your beautiful views. The bed was custom made for the home, and the paint color is “Benjamin Moore”, “Simply White”.
Sconces are “Large Aspect Articulating Sconce by Barbara Barry”.
Bathroom
Blue bathrooms always feel so relaxing! I love the separate shower nook and the marble surfaces in this room.
Sconces are the “Simple Scallop Wall Sconce by Barbara Barry”.
Great Blue Paint Color for Bathrooms: “Benjamin Moore Breath of Fresh Air 806”.
Guest Bedroom
Who wouldn’t feel welcomed in this bedroom? I love the color palette here.

Warm and stylish! And how about those sconces? Aren’t they great? They are the “Michael S Smith Global Double Arm Sconce”.

How fun! This games room is dream for any teenager! 🙂

How are you doing today? I am feeling a little tired… I spent hours and hours folding laundry last night. It’s amazing how many clothes a family of five go through in a week! Having a toddler who’s learning to eat by himself sure helps the laundry pile to grow pretty fast too! 🙂 But I am happy… and even thankful! We have to be glad to be able to take care of the people we love. I love my job and this is truly my passion, but nothing makes me feel more fulfilled than taking care of my family.
So, let’s remember this today… do what you do with love!

That back porch is a porch for sitting, that’s for sure. Yes, it’s a thousand degrees in Mt. Pleasant in the summer, but I would be on that porch every day! The walls are insanely gorgeous and I’m in love with the giant seahorse!
