Front Porch
Don’t you also love this front porch? Notice the two separate areas!
The exterior was completed with “Certain Teed Siding” in “Iron Grey”.
Entryway
The entryway has a custom designed built-in with marble countertop and polished nickel hardware. This is a beautiful, useful and classy idea!
Paint Color: “Benjamin Moore Cloud White 967”.
Living Room
I love the traditional craftsman architecture mixed with the modern furnishings and colors in this room.
The sofas were custom designed and built by the “Rockwood Custom Homes” design team.
Dimensions: The dimensions of this living room are 15′-6″ wide by 14′ long.
The cabinets flanking the fireplace in this picture are 4′-3 1/2″ high.
The mirror is from “Chintz and Company”.
Wall Paint Color: “ICI 1305 Canadian Sky”.
Ceiling color is CIL Steeplechase 70GY 72/025.
Trim color is “Cloud White by Benjamin Moore”.
Kitchen
This transitional kitchen is full of personality and space! I love the double island and the industrial stools.

Family Room
This is a great family room layout! I love the expansive built-ins. There’s space to display some accessories and drawers to keep other things hidden and organized.
Notice the coffered ceiling and the windows above the built-in. One of them is not a real window – the builder added two windows for extra natural light and a third mirrored faux window to balance the space.

Trim color is “Sico Barley Water 6113.21”.
Powder Room
This powder room approach is not for everyone, but why not have some fun with texture and patterns in a small room like this one? I feel powder room is a space in a house that you should be playful and don’t feel scared to add some personality to it. Here, the homeowners opted for damask tiles on walls and a mirrored vanity.
Staircase
Beautiful millwork can be found in every room of this home. This stairwell was carefully designed with wall paneling and stunning newel post. Also, notice the pattern with the spindles.
Master Bedroom
This is one of my favorite rooms in this house! I love the overall feel of this master bedroom. It’s not too big but it feels grand!

Craft Room
This craft room is very versatile and it has plenty of storage space.
Laundry Room
This laundry room features built-in cabinets that rises the washer and dryer to a higher position. This means less back pain!
Sunroom
The sunroom is very sophisticated and connects to the outdoor living area.
Comfy
Dramatic ceiling paint color and comfortable furniture makes this sunroom feel cozy and inviting.
Backyard
Intimacy is created with pillars and half-walls in this patio. I also love the mix of stone and shingles.
Patio
This patio is perfect for entertaining and to curl-up at the end of the day. An outdoor fireplace and outdoor heaters are an important addition for this Calgary home.

I love the millwork in this home I could use some in areas of my home. The ceilings on the porch i adore the wood and the different direction it has in the middle. I missed on an opportunity to have a craft room and HAVE regretted it ever since. Keep warm i heard of all the crazy weather up north.
