Naturally attractive, the exterior stone is sure to impress and create a rustic feel to this traditional home.
Entryway
The paint color in the foyer is the ever-popular “Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter”.
Sconces are from Circa Lighting and Rug is the “Sunburst Blue” from Julie Dasher Rugs”.
Dining Room
Soothing hues make this transitional dining room feel welcoming and stylish.
Wall Paint Color: “Revere Pewter HC-172”
Cabinetry and Trim Paint Color: “Benjamin Moore White Dove OC-17”
Living Room

Stunning architectural details and millwork. The ceiling height here is 21’6″.
Chairs
Chairs are the “Preston Chair from Lillian August”.
Kitchen
This is a classic white kitchen full of interesting design ideas.
The countertops in this white kitchen are honed Via Lattea granite. The backsplash tile is made from a cracked glass.
Hood Dimensions: The hood measures 69″ wide, by 17″ deep, by about 60″ tall from below the crown moulding to the bottom of the curved wooden pieces on the bottom.
Corbel Dimensions: Island corbels – 4” thick, 12” deep, 15” high.
Range corbels – 8” thick, 23” deep, 17”high.
Kitchen Pendants
Kitchen Pendants are “Janus globe pendant from Cyan Design”.
Kitchen Island Dimensions: 12’ x 4’6” in the middle and 1-4” x 5’4” at each end – total of 14’8”.
The distance between the island and the wall cabinetry is approximately 4.5′.
Kitchen Cabinet Paint Color
The kitchen cabinets are painted with “Benjamin Moore White Dove OC-17”.
Eating Area
How wonderful and inviting is this eating area/sunroom, right?! It feels sunny and cozy.
Fireplace
This is the perfect spot to read the paper or just watch the news while your meal is being prepared.
The floors are 5″ Rift & Quarter Sawn White Oak, Select Grade, with a custom-blended stain.
The skylights were manufactured by Wasco and the windows are Loewen.
The approximate dimensions of the sunroom are 21′ long by 13′ wide.
Eating Nook
Paint Color on walls is Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter HC172 and Trim Paint Color is Benjamin Moore White Dove OC017.
Light Fixture is the “E.F. Chapman medium arch top lantern”.
Kitchen Pantry
This kitchen pantry comes with double pocket doors and lots of storage.
Floors are “Casalgrande Padana, and the name is Granitogres – Marta”. The colors: “Nero Acapulco” (darker) and “Grigio Egeo” (lighter).
Light fixture is the “Robert Abbey Axis Aged Brass Ceiling Light”.
This room is approximately 10’x10′.
Mudroom
Life gets a little more organized with a mudroom like this.
Home Office
Wonderful workspace. I simply love this home office.
The chair is the “Oly Studio Coral Dining Side Chair“.
Staircase
Inspiring custom staircase with wrought iron railing and posts.
Sconce on the right is the “E.F. Chapman Cross Bouillotte Sconce”.
Landing Area
The landing area accommodates a comfortable family room. This would be my reading spot.
Chandelier is similar to the “Worlds Away Capiz Chandelier”.
Study
The kids can learn in an organized way in this study.
Cabinets are painted in Benjamin Moore White Dove OC17.
Master Bedroom
The paint color in this bedroom is Sherwin Williams SW 7079 Ponder.
Chandelier
Chandelier is the gorgeous “Robert Abbey chandelier”.
Bathroom
The master bathroom is pure opulence! I am loving its classic design.
The wall color is “Benjamin Moore Silver Chain 1472”.
Girl’s Bedroom Design
Great girl’s bedroom design! The carpet is by Stanton Carpet, and the pattern name is called Santa Clara in Arctic.
Paint Color is “Sherwin-Williams SW 6800 Something Blue”.
The pink bedspread was purchased at target.
The bench is by Vanguard, covered in a custom fabric.
Kid’s Bathroom
Now, this is a dreamy kids’ bathroom! I adore the pink wallpaper.
The wallpaper is the Dahlia from Clarke and Clarke.
Light fixture is the “Alexa Hampton Basil 2 Light Flush Mount in Polished Nickel”.
Backyard
Peaceful and private backyard.
Patio
Stunning architecture! I also like the patio and the landscaping.
Copper
Custom designed copper gutters and dowspouts.

Grey Kitchen Paint Colors.The weather is perfect here and I might get out of the house and go for a walk. I love feeling the ocean’s breeze (we live a block from the bay) and it’s always nice to walk while hearing the waves. Going for walks always make me think about life and feel a little closer to God.

I loved each and every room! So much character? Brilliant!
Oh My!! where do I start …that gorgeous panty…why can’t builders build standard homes with large laundry rooms and pantry’s then I loved the bedroom with the fireplace and chandelier. I have to say the study areas are a huge win!!! and the upstairs sitting area that open to the upstairs outdoor area!! Drool, Drool!!!!
Love the kitchen/breakfast nook/dining room and the pantry — and the laundry room/mud room and the master bedroom and bath. oops that isn’t exactly one room is it?
