This transitional dining room features some interesting lighting. The industrial pipe chandelier is a Santa Cruz Chandelier from Classic Home.
Mingling personal influences with the easy-going charm of lakefront living, shelving was added overhead the dining area to display the owner’s beloved sand collection from around the world.
Living Room
The living room is warm and inviting. The 10-foot ceilings and generously-scaled windows frame the endlessly lake views.
Wall paint color is Benjamin Moore Edgecomb Gray. Trim paint color is Benjamin Moore White Dove.

Deck
The dining room opens to an expansive deck with incredible lake views…

The deck boasts stainless steel cable to keep the view unobstructed.

This powder room features coastal elements and a stunning navy wallpaper; Thibaut Adriatic Navy and Taupe T41137.

Laundry Room
What a great laundry room! I love the floors and the cabinet paint color. Navy cabinets are painted in Mysterious by Benjamin Moore.

Swinging open to an intimate balcony perched upon the shimmering waters of Lake Michigan, the relaxed master retreat with spa-like bath make for the perfect escape to unwind, unplug and recharge.
Floor tile is by Mediterranea from their Touch series (MED TOSU 1224R) in Summer Breeze. It is 12×24″ tiles and installed in a brick-set layout.

The countertop is color quartz in cotton white and the backsplash is from Stone and Pewter Accents called Agate, color is Lucca Pearl.
