This talented designer explains all the details about this kitchen renovation below and I know that you will love getting to know everything. This white kitchen renovation went from dated to dreamy and it has so many timeless ideas and plenty of inspiration. Start taking notes!
“My client initially reached out to me wanting to do a standard kitchen remodel. She wanted to have new counters, backsplash, floors, paint her cabinets, walls and ceilings, new hardware, new lighting and appliances. After my initial consult with the client I realized their kitchen was actually huge, but the current layout was not ideal. It made the kitchen look much smaller than it really was, it lacked a proper work triangle, and it had poor traffic flow inside of the kitchen and between the adjoining rooms. The cabinets were also very dated, so painting them would only change the color, but would not address the age and style, or the layout of the cabinets. I highly encouraged my client to take one step further and allow me to completely reconfigure the kitchen. I put together a design plan that would maximize every inch of space in my clients kitchen, gave them a proper work triangle, and created a wide open traffic flow within the kitchen and into the adjoining spaces. My client loves to cook and bake, and they love to entertain. They are thrilled with their new space and love their new kitchen so much.” – Mary Joseph of Mary Joseph Interiors.
