Designed by Waterview Kitchens, this lovely Golf Villa home is located at Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club in Jupiter, FL.
The first phase of a renovation was remodeling the kitchen and adding a driftwood peninsula. When the project was first renovated there was an atrium off the dining room with a counter height window that looked into the kitchen. The designer wanted to maintain the natural light from the window but still give the couple cabinet space. He did this by creating a double-sided glass cabinet that looked straight through into the courtyard. Six months later, the couple decided to enclose the atrium and make it an extension of the dining room. Sky lights were put into the ceiling allowing the natural light to continue to flood the kitchen and dining rooms and the counter height window was removed. With the removal of the window, a “pass-thru” was created.

First of all-just wanted to let you know how much I look forward to your posts and the wonderful details and sources you provide. They have given me so much inspiration as I planned the renovation of my home, especially the kitchen. So seeing your post this morning I was drawn to this beautiful kitchen! I loved it even before I realized that it was from Waterview Kitchens. They just finished my own kitchen renovation and I could not be happier. Luciane-thank you for the wonderful inspiration you bring to your readers-I can’t imagine the time and effort it takes to be so diligent about the research but it shows and is appreciated!
